I have booked the room for five nights with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the space was normally pretty clean. The personnel were really helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel at least all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were available at any time. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly great hotel and great location. I Definitely suggest Mountain Club Resort Munnar!
